Bounty tournament works the same way as our normal tournaments, with a couple small exceptions.
Bounty Chips
At the beginning of the tournament, each player is given a Bounty Chip. Any time a player is eliminated during the tournament, the eliminated player hands the person who eliminated them one bounty chip.
Players can collect multiple bounty chips, but they are only required to surrender one bounty chip when they’re eliminated.
Buy-In
There is an additional amount added to the regular buy-in in order to fund the Bounty Pot.
Cash-Out
When a player is eliminated, they can cash out any of their remaining bounty chips. For example, if a player had accumulated three bounty chips before they were eliminated, they hand the player who eliminated them one of their bounty chips and can cash out their remaining two bounty chips.
The value of each bounty chip is set at the beginning of the tournament, and typically equates to the cost of the add-on. At our December 10th game, bounty chips will be worth $5.
