2. Behavior and Conduct
2.1. Event Decorum: Runner Runner events are private gatherings held at private venues. Attendees are expected to exhibit appropriate behavior. Any form of, verbal aggression, physical aggression, and or poor sportsmanship may result in immediate removal from the event and potential suspension or permanent banning from future events.
2.2. Host Authority: Event hosts and organizers have the authority to enforce these rules and may take any necessary actions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
3. Release and Limitation of Liability
3.1. Assumption of Risk: By attending Runner Runner events, you acknowledge that participation may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or disputes with other attendees. You agree that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
3.2. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Runner Runner, its owners, event hosts/organizers, and associated venue owners/staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in events or use of the Website.
3.3. Third-Party Actions: Runner Runner is not responsible for actions, omissions, or conduct of other attendees or third parties at events.
4. Account Registration and Usage
4.1. Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Runner Runner is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4.2. Membership Criteria: Runner Runner reserves the right to establish additional eligibility criteria for membership and participation in specific events.
5. Content and Privacy
5.1. User Content: Users are responsible for any content they post or share on the Website. Content must not:
- Violate applicable laws
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Contain harmful, abusive, or defamatory material

8.3. Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the User’s or Attendee’s club(s) holds events. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in courts located within the applicable state.
8.4. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class or collective action.
9. Governing Law
Where no specific club jurisdiction applies, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the relevant event is held.
